Mijn Klacht:
Prior bifocal glasses purchased from Eyes and More were uncomfortable and seemingly inaccurate in lens manufacture (vision). Also, slow delivery. Paid again for a new non-bifocal pair (discounted) to replace the nearly useless bifocal pair, now a new record on slow delivery to Oss, Netherlands: I ordered and paid six (6) weeks ago, still no glasses.
The (nice) ladies at store seem to have no idea where the glasses are and emails to [email protected] receive no reply.There is no contact phone number posted on Eyes and More website.
These, if I ever receive, will be my fifth (5th) pair purchased from Eyes and More, partially due to discounts for multi-order, but two (2) because two other pairs were basically useless. Frames are good, or seem to be (so far), but lens quality is not. They are visually uncomfortable; wearing for more than a few minutes becomes irritating. So I replaced those two (2) with discounted pairs.
Or I tried to replace. One replacement pair, received, still not great lens quality and, as stated above, the most recent replacement pair I paid for on 05062018. Today is 16072018, still not received.
The girls at the shop say that the lenses are made in Germany… Really? Because failing to grasp how and why a pair of lenses would take six (6) weeks to manufacture and deliver to Netherlands, I wonder if a more easterly manufacturing source.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Paid for item not delivered. No response from Eyes and More.
