For over a week, I have been attempting to make a reservation, but I have encountered persistent issues with your payment system, which has made it impossible for me to complete my booking.
I have made two separate calls to the British Airways office in Amsterdam seeking assistance in resolving this issue. Regrettably, the response I received on both occasions was far from satisfactory. I was informed that the staff was aware of the problem with the online payment system, and they claimed to be working on a solution. It is incredibly frustrating that this problem has persisted for over a week without a resolution in sight.
Furthermore, I requested assistance in changing my credit card information over the phone, but the British Airways office in Amsterdam was unable to facilitate this process. As a result, I am left with no choice but to explore alternative airlines for my upcoming journey to London.
I must emphasize that this experience has been exceptionally disappointing and has eroded my confidence in British Airways’ ability to provide a seamless booking process and customer support. I had hoped to choose British Airways for my travel needs due to your reputation for quality service, but the ongoing issues and lack of resolution have left me with no other option but to look elsewhere.
