I wish to write in english, as it is easier for me to explain. You may reply in Dutch! no problem.
I have had booked my flight for Talin Sahakian, Ms Yengibaryan, and two children for 23 jun. 2018 – 23 jun. See attached.
On 20 June I made a phone call to expedia.nl, to ask if it was possible to change those tickets to another date, without too much costs. The lady, on the phone seemed new or unexperienced. She called in her colleague and after one hour on the phone I was told that i this it would be not possible wihtou extra costs. So I ended the phone call with please make sure you have not made any changes. I believe now that they looked at other options… trough even Athens. Which was never mentioned to me and by mistake they kept the system on that and never returned the flight on the original flights. I repeat, Athens was never mentioned to me. Anyhow, so I go to Yerevan as I needed to pick up my kids and cousin for the flight as indicated above.
When I arrive at the airport with my two small children, I was told there was no ticket for me, as it was canceled. They saw that I had a flight earlier that day not rough Beirut, but trough Athens!! This was Middle East desk! So I tried to contact expedia but it was too early in the day, I did talk to expedia UK but they couldn’t help me. Anyhow, since I had work the next day in Cairo, I booked four tickets to Beirut on the spot! In Beirut i stayed in the hotel, and rebooked through expedia again ticket from Beirut to Cairo.
I filed a complaint! and first I heard a silly thing that my hotel proof was not sufficeint, which i then resubmitted, and then I got an email 30 August (I hope this give me time to complain till now), that I had approved the ticket trough Athens during the phone call on 20 June. vluchtschema;

I usually do not spend time complaining but this is so ridiculous answer. I did not say or approve anything on the phone. On the contrary, I asked the customer service to ensure no changes were made. Then! how come i did not get any ation of the flight??
I have booked with expedia at least 30 flights last year, and this i find very very concerning and I dont mind complaining until the end.
I have asked them to provide me of the taping! and to advice me on how to take further actions.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I need to get my expenses back! I have paid over 2,000 euro's for tickets that I already had. Also , I would like to receive an apology from the customer service.
