Mijn Klacht:
Dear, I ordered clothes at Estee Lauren in Amsterdam. The clothes were too small and quality not like they presented on their site. I contacted Estee Lauren and they gave me an address to return the clothes to CHina. This costed me 67 euro!! Now Klarna sent me payment reminders all the time. They have escalated my case and charge me 23 euro already. My complaint is for Estee Lauren. I’m not going to pay this. I returned my goods.
What can I do next ?
