On the 25th of July this year I flew with Emirates to my final destination Colombo. The trip however didn’t go as planned.
Due to smoke in one of the kitchens the pilot descided to land on Bombay (the nearest airport at the time). Luckily nothing serious happened during the flight. After a few hours on Bombay airport we finally took of for Male and the final destination Colombo.
I arrived at one oçlock in the morning and had to find a hotel. It took me about an hour to find a descent hotel (Good wood plaza). There was a delay for several hours.
Can you please inform me about the possibilities concerning a refund?
