Dear Madam/ Sir,
On August 6th we flew from Brussels to Bangkok, via Dubai with Emirates. First we want to let you know that we are really satisfied with the good service that Emirates offered us on board. All the Emirates staff was friendly.
Once arrived in Bangkok we were waiting for about 30 minutes for our luggage. After 30 minutes, almost all of the baggage was taken from the baggage claim. At that moment we were thinking where our baggage could be…. After some time we saw a man with a form in his hands and our names were writed down on it. We spoke with him and he informed us that our baggage was still in Dubai. We were really disappointed and not happy with this incident.
That meaned for us that we had to leave the airport without luggage. After a 15 hour flight we needed to change our clothes and brush our teeth.
We were disappointed that we had to start our backpack trip through Thailand in this way. We needed to change our schedule and the activities which we planned on the first day couldn’t we do.
Despite the good service onboard was this a disappointment for us.
