Mijn Klacht:
I tried to use EasyTerra to save € 4 over booking directly with Enterprise. However, it is necessary to change the reservation from the following day to the day after. I caught my mistake literally 15 minutes after booking. I tried to change it on the web site but got an error. I called, but customer service was closed. I emailed Support and got robotic responses quoting policy rather than dealing with a brand new human customer. I called Enterprise directly and they said only could not cancel the reservation. So instead of saving € 4, I lost € 50. How is that even legal? Save yourself the trouble and book directly. EasyTerra is not worth the risk.
Gewenste Oplossing:
According to Enterprise, it was well within Easy Terra's ability to cancel or amend my reservation. Had they done that, I'd be a happy customer.
