Mijn Klacht:

Ben niet zo goed met fifa 14 ultimate team.
Verlies altijd van al mijn vrienden. Dus had ik een beter team nodig heb veel pakjes gehaald. Maar niet met het gewenste resultaat. Heb van de futstore coins gekocht. Ook van een kennis zodat ik mijn ultimate team kon samenstellen.
Het is namelijk belachelijk wat een topspeler kost. Dit betekent 1 jaar elke avond spelen om hem te kunnen kopen.

En dan is inmiddels fifa 15 ook alweer uit. Kan nu al 2 weken niet meer online. Begrijp.dat het gaat om kopen van coins?!
Dit doet bijna iedereen immers. Ze zouden het veel duidelijker moeten aangeven en de coinstores moeten bestrijden. Heb vandaag antwoord gehad:

Following our review into the actions taken on your account we wish to confirm that we shall not be removing this ban from your account, nor will we be pursuing this issue any further at this time.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Mijn ban opheffen en mijn coins terug geven. Had ruim 7 miljoen. Uiteraard met schade vergoeding zoals een topspeler erbij geven. Ben zeer ontevreden en denk erover om alle spellen weg te doen van ea en niks er meer van te kopen.
