Mijn Klacht:
I have ordered a complete bedroom set in January 2016 from Hom24 which supposed to deliver in Mar. Then when the date before delivery, Dynalogic called and mentioned the good has been damaged, couldn’t be delivered anymore and asked me to contact Home24 myself. Dynalogic damaged the good during delivery, the consumer has to suffer and find their own way to solve the problem.
Finally reached Home24 customer service after trying thousand times and placed a new order which supposed to deliver today 30 Mar 2016 after waiting for months. It supposed to deliver between 8:00-20:00 (ridiculous period). I’ve been sitting at home for a whole day. then end up this good of course never been delivered and it had been damaged AGAIN?! How many time could it be damaged seriously?! How can people trust Dynalogic who could only damge goods during deliver?! and TWO TIMES ON SAME ITEM!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I don't know, I'm frustrated.
