I’d like also to say that every time I buy something in a webshop and the carrier is Dynalogic I know there’s trouble coming. This time it wasn’t any different.
I ordered an airco yesterday (yeah, hittegolf…) at Bol.com. Order today, deliver tomorrow, as usual. Today around 2:30 I got an email from Dynalogic: delivering between 17:30 and 19:30. Wow, that looked good!
This morning, around 10:00, another email from Dynalogic. Bad news: Het artikel uit je bestelling met bestelnummer 9293180601, kunnen wij niet op de gekozen datum leveren. Onze excuses hiervoor.
They did it again. Third time it happens to me, always the same reason. I can’t reschedule, they say they’re trying to make it work. I don’t know when I’m going to get the airco. Probably in the autumn…
I don’t know why big companies still use Dynalogic. Honestly, it’s a disgrace!
Gewenste Oplossing:
Deliver it ASAP, and compensation for the lost time.
