Mijn Klacht:
The service is very poor. Ordered some vacuum cleaner bags on Mediamarkt
(foolishly from them this time rather than from Amazon) and didn’t receive any package
Chased them as they claim they have delivered it (to whom???), checked with all the neighbours who have not gotten anything, and finally there is no card through my postbox indicating where the package might be. I can only conclude that their delivery guy needed some vacuum cleaner bags and decided to keep them for himself/herself, because there is no trace of them anywhere. Their customer service is dismissive, they say there is nothing that they can do. This is not an acceptable answer. I want my money back plus additional compensation for the disservice and the time I am wasting in chasing this.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Cost of the ordered goods plus 50 euro additional compensation for the disservice.
