Mijn Klacht:
I have made a delivery food order at Domino s pizza Hilversum trough thuisbezorg app. I asked them to call me when they arrive. The delivery boy did not called me and he was very rude when I said to him that he wake up the complete building because he knocked too hard and my requirement was to call. He said to me that he can call when he wants and he can knock when he wants. He refused to give me the pizza for about 30 seconds – one minute by saying that is not paid yet even if I was holding the money in my hand towards him. I had to pull the pizza out of his hands.
Is not the 1st time when they deliver late or they forgot to call, but what happened last night was far beyond the limits.

When the delivery boy is fired and when they will be capable to deliver an order on time and to respect the requirements of their customers
