Mijn Klacht:
Sorry for being blunt but you have the worst online customer service I have experienced in NL (while the delivery employees are always friendly). I am busy with my complaint for months now but from side there is no real initative to compensate me. I have chosen to address my complaint in a private manner rather than publish the burned pizza’s on various social media channels. After being ignored, I have decided to reach out to you in this platform.
Gewenste Oplossing:
First of all, stop burning your pizza's.
Secondly, issue me with a proper compensation, to be communicated per email (without the pretend game of sending it and claiming it has arrived in the spam folder).
