Mijn Klacht:

We know this company very well from our home country. They are a reputable company with quality and design products. I bought a big wardrobe together with bedframe and console from this company 2 years ago. The bedframe and console we have no problems at all. However the wardrobe has a design problem we guess. It has 2 sliding huge doors and the one with the mirror on it (definitely the heavier one) broken on with its own weight and fall apart. The sliding door is hanging from top with heavy rails. The rail system is sturdy and works good. However the part that is screwed on the door itself to hold the door in the rail broke on its own from the screws. This part is not strong as it should be. The broken part is on the top of the wardrobe so it is not possible for the end user to play with that and break it. However the company first blamed us for end user fault from the pictures and rejected to send a technician to check the problem. We have been calling them since the problem arised several months ago. Now the 2 year warranty ended and we do not know how to solve the problem.

Gewenste Oplossing:

The requested solution is having a technician to check the wardrobe and remontage the broken part to the door again this time with stronger and more screws in number.
