Mijn Klacht:
I ordered and paid for products on 5 June 2022 at Dierenlab.nl (two necklaces). Their time frame as stated in their shipping information has passed and I haven’t received my products as yet. I have sent two emails (20 June and 25 June) with no response. I paid €59,12 EUR
I am concerned as to why I am not receiving any responses and also why I haven’t received my products as yet. This is unacceptable!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to get the products this week, if not, I want a full refund to support someone else
