Good day,
In the last 2 years I used to cut my hair by Denise Tielemans (Cosmo, Rechtestraat 50A, 5611 GR Eindhoven).
Today I called Cosmo to make an appointment by Denise to cut and color my hair. She was on the phone and told me with a impolite tone that she has already “regular customers” and she does not have time anymore for me.
I find that is not the right way to treat customers (I was also a regular client, I spent a lot of money there, also my husband, daughter, mother).
She could tell me that she is already booked for next days. But I understood she does not want to take time for me as I am not a “regular client.”
Please, take into account that she does not know to talk with clients. People go to hairstylist to feel good too. But when you spend money there and you are treated like this… you really do not need to come there anymore.
