Mijn Klacht:
Basically once you go to their location they say results come before 9pm. You receive emails that it will come before 9pm. On the website mainpage they say 9pm. I did not receive my results before that and called, no answer. They email back saying results come in before 10. It is not like how they mention on their mainpage, but hidden in their tc.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Change what your website mentions, I expected results before 9 as your colleagues say or as your webpage mentions. I really do not like it when a company lies like this and hides behind what they mention in their tc. I want my money back.
