Summary of Complaint:
On January 27, 2024, I purchased round-trip tickets from Amsterdam to Shiraz for my family (Arash Etemaddar, Diba Etemaddar, Zahra Karami) through the Supersaver website (Booking Number: O922E4, Order no.: MSNU3C, e-Ticket Numbers: 235-2622631578, 235-2622631579, 235-2622631580). The departure date is April 28, 2024, and the return date is May 24, 2024.
Reason for Cancellation:
Due to the recent conflict between Iran and Israel, I was forced to cancel the trip for my family due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
Complaint:
Upon contacting Supersaver (I contacted 2 times, first by chat on 14-April 2024, and the last contact was calling on 19-04-2024) to request a full refund, they denied my request, citing the non-refundable nature of the tickets and attributing this policy to Turkish Airlines. However, I was not informed of this non-refundable condition at the time of purchase.
Supporting Information:
I purchased a separate, identical round-trip ticket directly from Turkish Airlines for myself on the same date (Booking Number: VQTKP2). Turkish Airlines ed they would issue a refund for this ticket. (I called Turkishairline on 19-April-2024)
I have a valid membership (TK252105388) and a Miles Smiles account with Turkish Airlines, demonstrating my loyalty as a customer.
Resolution Sought:
I request a full refund for the tickets purchased through Supersaver (Booking Number: O922E4) due to the extraordinary circumstances (force majeure) and the lack of transparency regarding the non-refundable policy at the time of purchase.

They inform me that they refund my money back and refund my full payment soon before 27-April-2024 then I can quickly cancel and refund my other ticket that I bought directly from Turkish airline
