The original digital content delivering via available internet points e.g. mine, Gemeente (by a cyber function, involving Email, SIM SWAP scams, and post reference phishing scams) is DOUBLE REFERENCED in your administration, illegally and unlawfully attaching me to fraudulent reports in your administration which I saw on of your agents equipment, presenting me in different identity as a junky foreigner, than my original Netherlands identity.

I am involved with a group of cyber criminals having capacity broadcasting via social media my forged voice identity behind motion picture. Emails, and SIM swap scam is recorded on my system, in concurrence with temperament on social media. Means of the digital contact are excluded, when on location, contactmaatregels, this complaint is occurred. According to personal inquiry, a private security company infrastructure is involved in this complaint.

The original reference number 231103-PS170038480, like another formal reference numbers, can not be seen by the police agent. The agent can see verity of reports that recorded against me. The original content via a cyber function is held, edited, and reported against my interest. Recent incident evidenced that the police organization does not receive the original content of cyber report, the security company personal (MM) confessed during conversation with the two police agents.

Complaint is returned in different reference 2023-0065749 (post from Apeldoorn administration);

Complaint (231103-PS170038480; Agent is aggressive with the arm on police department Nijmegen location) is submitted with the formal reference 231103-PS170038480 (English language); is returned with different reference 2023-0065749, date 03112023 in connection with Artikel 2:6 -1 general law (Content unknown).

Complaint is reported in English in personal and time considerations. Due to damage; You are friendly asked treating complaint according to Artikel 2:6 – 2 general administrative law. I remind that police administration is accountable in same connection on older date.

The original content is DOUBLE REFERENCED in your administration; as the Netherlands citizen, illegally and unlawfully presenting the victim administration in different identity, as an outsider.

I am accusing group activity organizers (see photos), by; involvement in cyber and factual stalking punishable facts; using youth activities, care (zorg) responsibility, and fraudulent dependency evaluations. (Children and elderly abuse).

Stalking on NS train network, local libraries, church (Wijchen), other gemeentelijk locations; Fixing double formal and medical appointments; switching identification documentsattachments, involving police and private security (bevlieging) uniforms e.g. Securitas, MM, creating persistent hazing conditions (frequently bulling), presenting the Netherlands citizens as foreign citizens e.g. French, Arminian, Iraq, Iran, on the date of an outside travel.

The original post is removed at the reception point; illegally and unlawfully presenting me in public in different identity, presenting my originally generated identification document as forged document.

The accused on 1 Nov 2023 is illegally able passing two fraudulent procedures that I did not appropriately attend in Gelderland court administration restricting incomes, relocating me in different addresses, e.g. day care address, safe home, procedures are ground of forged post phishing scams, reference numbers phishing. I am on the date exposing fact to the judge when procedure were proceeded.

I am declaring that I do not have an original connection with procedures, but as a victim of phishing criminal fact, reference numbers fraud, like another reference number in your complaint officer letter 2023-0065749; originally submitted with reference 231103-PS170038480, see original content.

Procedures is known by me as a youth activity; given an original reference number, proceeded factually in Gelderland court without my knowledge, presenting me in public in different identity, and four different addresses:

1- A severely sick patient that accommodated in Pro persona address; A ground of 4 fraudulent reports (via cyber formulier) from the police to the public ministry. See related reports.

2- A safe home residence; claiming cognitive deterioration.

3- The address known by me in Elsland 1012, 6605 KB Wijchen.

4- The stolen identity ending with HL6 (processes verbal PL0600-2023341143-3023497) (See related document) in same context is potentially abused in Germany that I never visited since 2005, issuing a driving license, involving me in fourth address and a marriage.

I suspected fifth address in the region that is unknown by me in what seems as a huge fraud case.

I stand at the point becoming homeless; Address theft;

Unlawful media job allows an actor (in police uniform) to act disrespectfully and aggressively with the hand. Situation is disgracing the police organization.

On 02 Nov 2023, I have been to department Nijmegen with conversation question with the chef in connection with criminal fact;

The front desk does not allow the access. Question is repeated. Agent in the end is aggressive with the hand. Incident is filmed.

As a Netherlander, resident since 2015, citizen since 2021, interested media, involving private security company is fixing double appointments, presenting me in a fraudulent reports as e.g. an illegal, overlast, restrict access to library, museum. Claiming together job, presenting me in different identity status in media.

Agent holds a problem, presenting my Netherlands identity as foreigner.

4 reports to via police digital form to the public ministry are fraudulent, fixing a care authorization case that worked in court. A procedure is processed without an appropriate conversation with the judge.

Case helps an article from criminal law book to lose within care protocol. Media program claiming to like receiving complaint letters like this report, should be accused by abusing the content.

The conversation between the police agents and the security personals exposed problem. The police administration can read the original cyber content, but only the fraudulent ones. The media job stopped, but remain the fraudulent content, and remain the original reports outside treatment. Remains the cyber jamming effective.

Removing the fraudulent reports, scanning the original may solve the problem. Stopping the cyber inter telecommunication jamming, returning the missing items, and helping my family would help solving the problem.
