Good morning, I am writing to ask where can I file a complaint against the club where my son trains because there is a situation where in my opinion it should not be, I will briefly describe this problem my son trains amateur football at FC Almere Sportpark de Marken 8, 1355 ES Almere, from 2 years ago last year a group of 11/6 was made by the coordinator which was not completely organized where trainings were canceled and also matches were canceled from the current of the full squad, so children for this year were divided into other groups to avoid problems that were last year and here the problem arises because the main coordinator accuses some children and punishes them, including my son for last year, the penalty he imposed is that he can train but not go to away matches, it is very sad and the child feels very badly treated because it seems to me that the plan of the organization was wrong and it was not the fault of any of the parents and children can you help me with this problem because my son this situation is causing a trauma that is not needed and he is only 10 years old and he just wants to participate as a full young player of a club where he pays the full dues as a participant.

Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like my son to be treated like any legal member of the club,because at the moment there are differences and some are treated better and others worse and I don't know if it's because we're not Dutch.
