Mijn Klacht:
I booked a flight at the end of Feb but canceled it prior to the lock down in NL (15 March 2020) .The cancelation from Lufthansa was done instantly..but yet it has now been more than 3 months and I have still not received my refund from cheep tickets.And when I attempt to enquire I only receive a generic email describing the difficulty of the situation.I think this is completely discusting and unacceptable.I demand answers and a refund!!!
