Klacht over Cheaptickets.nl: Need Refund of my…

Mijn Klacht:

Hi Team,

I have booked tickets from Brussles to mumbai for 29 may 2019 and return ticket as well by cheap ticket website. My flight operator is Jetairways. as every knows, they cancelled all the flights. So for that tickets, I want refund.

I am trying to call and email Cheaptickets.nl from last 4-5 days. But i am not getting any response.

I discussed with KLM and jetairways. They told me, you can get the refund only by your agent comapny. They need to connect us. we will process your refund. because KLM and JetAirways have seperate department for Agents. i cant connect that department directly.

Hence, i need cheapticket help for getting my money back.

Please help me on this.

Dear customer,

We regret that the contact with our company was not entirely satisfactory.
Jet Airways and IATA have provided us a possibility to request a refund for your booking. I just checked your booking and a the airline already processed with the refund. The amount is already refunded to your bankaccount.

Because of the processing time required by the banks and credit card companies, it may take up to 5 - 10 working days before you can see this payment in your account. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite this process due to external parties.
