Mijn Klacht:

I bought a telephone from Cex Eindhoven, but whwn i got home it was not working. I took it back and they told me that it was unreparable and that the store’s policy does not allow for a refund. I wanted that specific phone and thats why i bought it. it is not fault that it does not work.
They gave a voucher of the 75 euro and told me that i had to buy something else. Seemed like a scam.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want my cash back. it was not fault that the phone does not work. Its not like i did not like the phone. it was broken before they sold it to me.
