Mijn Klacht:
I was buying games today in Rotterdam at the Zuidplein. I had a slight conflict with the lady because she had a big problem when I wanted to check the condition of the records and packaging. As soon as she heard that I wanted to check, she started making stupid faces and being nervous. She started throwing boxes and talking with her voice raised. I was disappointed with the customer service, but I understand that the company cannot always predict the employee’s behavior.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would be happy if no customer was discouraged after such poor service.
