Na periodieke betalingen om gebruik te maken van de mogelijkheden van de Grindr app, werkt de app niet zoals in voorwaarden genoemd. Ik kreeg de volgende reactie terug:

Thanks for following up with me and apologies for the late reply!
I can that there’s an active XTRA subscription on your account. If you wish to upgrade your Grindr subscription from XTRA to Unlimited, the App Store will handle the transaction. Since our app is managed by Google and Apple, we have no control over how they process these transactions. Any prorated amount may be reflected in your account as a credit or a refund.
