Mijn Klacht:
We have purchased a mattress from BedMaster over the internet (20 January 2016), received confirmation of the purchase but never received the mattress. It has been over 7 weeks (13 March 2016) and we are not getting any response on requests, complaints or emails on the status of our purchase. Their telephone number does not work. What can we do it get our money back?
Gewenste Oplossing:
Once I have my money back, I do not expect that they will complete the order.
