Mijn Klacht:

I bought tickets for a flight Amsterdam-Vilnius and return for my family – 3 passengers. the name on my son is incomplete on the ticket – 3 last letters missing. I called them 2 months every week, 40 minutes they put me on hold, told me that it’s their fault that the name is not complete, that they will correct it and send me the tickets with full name. In 2 months nothing happened, I called back, they said they will listen to the call when their agent promissed me this, tried to make me pay for it, never called me back to give me an update. I kept on calling, they told me they put me on a priority list, that they would listen to the call again, nothing happened, never no answer, I keep on calling, no promise was kept, very irresponsible, horrible customer experience, I am on the verge of a nervous break down, nobody could give me an answer why I have no response yet, why my problem is not solved, they just send me a link to pay for name change. Totally incompetent people, not responsible for what they communicate to their customers. I will always advise against using this company, such a horrible experience!

Gewenste Oplossing:

I need the name of my son complete on the ticket so I can fly on Sunday.
