Mijn Klacht:

Apart from the fact that I had to wait much longer then that was predicted, even with the use of the Covid excuse! The first to contact me was their little girly friends of GLS postal service… and indeed, they are Postal… to the brim! Their letter stated that I had received all €250 of car equipment! Notion: My address in the area is more than well known in the area, it’s a large private property, that goes way back, witch the Germans
Of WW2 did build! So there is a large entrance, with clear instructions on were to leave the parcels… So, the GLS Girly’s told me that everything received, in a more the confusing, email with a ”tracing” code… Now, why send me a tracing code, the moment I supposed to received the parcel, and nothing the Weeks before? I complained to AutoDoc in a friendly (as usual) letter, what the plan was, and that I did’t receive anything! Autodoc was going to launch an investigation, witch could take alreadty Two Weeks before it would get activated! I asked for a refund! Another week later, the same routine, a letter saying, that they were going to investigate LMAO, this went on for 4 times, (all this time GLS girly’s stayed quite, and let the Girly’s from Autodoc, see the main page advert, they even have big old beards, being… Girly’s, don’t be fooled with the fake people in Ads, they don’t exist in real life, that’s why they all seem to suffer from down syndrome, and I do not want to insult or even compare them with those REAL people, but it’s the closest I get without name calling, or they laugh as if their central nerve system was cut out, enough about ads in general) Time and time went on, without me having received 0 items. Until, two days before New Year, when I was asked, Do I still want the order or not, and that it was standing (for more then a Month, must be). At the GLS Girly’s depot! Iow: I would get it ASAP!, After I didn’t receive anything for Four Days, in the New Year, I suddenly get a notification that I will not get my order, (by this time a cool Three Moths has passed, I would have been better off with a cheaper versions from China, witch comes without all the false adverts, and boring news letters, begging for our money!) but not only that, they of course want to carry on playing a little girls do, when so called ”winning” and give me only €129 of the €250 as a refund, witch could take more the 7 days, plus a week for my Bank to transfer it to my account? I thought Germans were… Germans, but it seems that the feminisation of men, doesn’t spear the Germans either and the so called efficiency, witch they are famous for! Now a bog old Company has to cheat little people like me

Gewenste Oplossing:

Tevreden? Als ze wat anders gaan doen, zoals Meisjes Scouts of mijn geld terug geven in z'n geheel ipv gedeeltelijk
