Mijn Klacht:
1. Always send the wrong parts ( happened at me two times in a month)
2. Return of parts cost huge amount of energies (taking photos for 3 times, ~ 20 emails, few phone calls ..)
3. Customer service is not helping at all.
4. If you want to comment on their websites, you need their approval before it’s published … amazing
