Mijn Klacht:

I bought a notebook ASUS k95vj-yz010h on 28/10/2013 and at first the notebook had little difficulties in some keys. As I was not using the notebook very often I thought it was normal but since 03 weeks ago it started to have problems on the keyboard (several keys do not work). I went to the Saturn store in Zandaam (where I bought the product) to ask for repair but they told me they could not guarantee that the product was repaired within a month (I’m in Holland for a year and I’ll return to Brazil on the 26th. 01.2014) and that they could not assume responsibility for product change.
I would like to emphasize that I went there to buy a different computer, but convinced by the salesperson that said that even though the product was seen as available in the internet they did not have it, and I bought a more expensive product. When they gave me the notebook it was not packed properly as it should be expected from a product purchased in store.

Gewenste Oplossing:

As a consumer who just bought a very expensive product from Saturn and had the best expectations from the store and who is very disappointed on how I was treated at their store I want to require from them the immediate changing of the notebook or a full refund of the amount paid.
