Mijn Klacht:
I started my lessons with a very nice teacher then suddenly they changed her. My new teacher was so much interfering with everything which made me not to understand my own skills and get the confidence. He didn’t mention anything what is gonna happen in exam before. I went my toets without mock up driving and no navigation practise at all! I called anwb 2 times to change my instructor but they didn’t care. My teacher was keep using brake pedals like he is the driver and when i asked if i m doing things wrong, he told me that no, i do it automatically he didn’t give me room do see my own mistakes and correct myself. Communication was so bad. My car also changed 3 times. I wanted to do it with anwb because i thought that they r very big and experienced but it was a huge mistake. Hoorn office is not reachable. Not even once. Luckly i got whatsap no so i was asking them to call me. Otherwise not reachable during whole my time.
Gewenste Oplossing:
They need to listen and dig in the problem instead of just ignoring
