Mijn Klacht:
I missed a full day of work, to stay home for the delivery. The courier came, but refused to deliver the packet because his tablet did not accept a dash ( – ) in my house addition. Dutch driver’s license, bank card, address, everything was correct. He told me to call T Mobile and he drove away. T Mobile’s customer service told me that everything with my order looks correct and to call AMP for solution. When I finally reached AMP on the phone after 32′, 49′ and 46 minutes of waiting in the line a rude lady said that she doesn’t know the problem, then that the system showed incorrect data (but didn’t know what), and then that there was a credit check problem, even though the charge begins AFTER the delivery is successful. But she refused repeatedly to listen to me. She told me many times that she cannot help me, she doesn’t know who can help me, and then she told me: the only solution now is to call T Mobile for a new order, and that’s it!, and she hang up the phone right in my face. Simply unacceptable from all parties!!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
Delivery of my packet today as planned!!! People cannot go ask for free days and lose working days all the time for no reason.
