Mijn Klacht:

i had contact with Apple in amsterdam and they said i have to send my Macbook pro via Amac to Apple .
i went to Amac Utrecht i said send this mac to Apple but they sent my mac to Amac service then they ask me a 85 euro for nothing .
now i have to bring my mac self to Apple in Amsterdam .
thanks for bad service and thanks for 85 euro .
i never gonna buy something in Amac .

Gewenste Oplossing:

if they pay me back 85 euros and send my mac to Apple .
