Mijn Klacht:
I made an order on alternate.nl on March 11 and I paid almost immediately via bank transfer. Alternate did not inform me about sthe tatus of the order at all and when I messaged them, they informed me that they cancelled the order. I’ve been messaging and calling them for a long time to return the money (to the same bank account it came from) and they kept telling me that I have to prove that the bank account belongs to me. I sent them all possible bank documents but they still did not want to return the money or just ignored me. On May 3 they emailed me that the amount has been refunded but when I contacteda by bank (Transferwise), they told me that the money are still somewhere in between them and alternate’s bank. Alternate is not responding regarding my refund.
