Mijn Klacht:

I ordered dell laptop genuine charger and battery (total cost €101.40 including extra charges for evening delivery) from almedo.nl website and later i received email that charger is not in stock. So, they offered me similar charger (not genuine) which i didn’t want and asked them to refund my money if not able to deliver by next day. Now, after almost 1 week i have sent them 3 emails and still no reply. I am very unhappy with their unprofessional service because it was urgent and they didn’t even reply or refund.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I need either full money refund (€101.40) or order delivered within 1-2 days with some discount.
