If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would.
I bought a bedside table from Beddenbriljant, and one of the parts arrived broken. That was just the beginning of the nightmare. I emailed them immediately and waited more than two days with no response whatsoever. I then sent a follow-up email and finally got a reply asking for the part number, which, unbelievably, is not even listed in the manual they provided.
I replied with multiple photos clearly showing the broken part that needs replacing. After that? Complete silence again. No response at all.
I tried calling them multiple times, keeping in mind they have extremely short working hours. No one picked up. I waited on the line for 10 minutes twice, only for the calls to be disconnected.
Since getting help was clearly impossible, I filled out their online refund form — and to make things worse, you have to pay yourself to send the item back, even though it arrived broken. I submitted the form two days ago and, unsurprisingly, have received no response. I followed up by email as well. Still nothing.
I’ve essentially wasted my money on this horrible company. The customer service is nonexistent and completely unacceptable. A business that treats customers like this honestly shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Please do yourself a favour and stay far away from Beddenbriljant unless you enjoy stress, wasted time, and a massive headache.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I'd be happy with a refund and sending this product back.
