Mijn Klacht:
After filing my tax return, it came to my attention I owed them 2,000 euros. They’ve explained to me the reason is because UWV applied on my income tax credit without me requesting it back in 2020. From May 2020 I had an additional source of income related to the benefit, where they’ve told me about the Tax credit, so I requested it to be applied to that income.
I contacted UWV, to request for them to stop the tax credit on their my WIA benefit, as its causing me debts. They refused to help me in English and kicked me to the curb. I have their response in writing. They wrote me in English that they cannot help me in English. I already have 2 court cases with them for other reasons. I’m trying to avoid another one, they are messing me up badly. Now I have debts over 2K EUROs thanks to UWV. I am a disabled person who cannot work!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
Stop the tax credit asap, so no more debts is acquired to the tax office.
I want a written statement as to why the tax credit was applied in the first place for my WIA income by UWV.
