Mijn Klacht:
Applied for Kinderopvangtoeslag in January 2014. In April asked for additional information. Everything sent on time- the contract the proof of payment, the bills, my salary slips. Untill August 10th no decision. On August 12th (after more than 7 months) I hear from the Belastingdienst that my KOT for 2014 is ZERO, because I did not send enough proof!
Gewenste Oplossing:
Would appreciate that my rights are not so severely violated!
This is a form of corruption within the governmental institution that is obviously discriminating foreigners. I was told many times that there was a fraud commited by Bulgarians couple of years ago. And now, all the foreigners are affected!
