Mijn Klacht:

Since 2015 my problem with belasting dienst started.I have closed my company in 2014. In mid 2015 I have received letter that I have to pay almost 9000 euro because I didn’t do tax declaration for the first quart of 2015. I was not even aware I have to do that while my company was closed. Further I have contacted belasting and case was fixed and closed – I have received letter with calculation that is 0.
In March this year (3 years later) I have received another letter that they (belasting) will contact my employer to charge me this amount. Of course it took me some time again to clear that. But they told me second time case is closed.
Now week ago I have revived another letter that my tax return (2016) will not be payed due to open amount of almost 9000 euro. I have called belasting again and I spoke to a very rude person (he did not want to even give me his name) that I have to pay this amount, and there is nothing I can do else. Also he told me then i can try to send them by letter explanation, with kvk uitreksel (when I have closed company) and maybe they will consider to re-check it. In mean time I have contacted kvk with the answer that belasting by their own can check when my company was closed. I feel very helpless like this night mare will never end.
