Mijn Klacht:
I ordered a MacBook Air case from Applehoes more than 20 days ago and it never arrived. I sent them all the proof of payment and screenshots showing that the delivery was stuck, but instead of helping me, they accused me of having already received the item and trying to get my money back. I clearly asked for either a refund or a replacement, but they refused to do anything. Very dishonest and unprofessional company — I really tried to resolve this in good faith, but they simply don’t care
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would be satisfied if the company either refunded the money I paid or sent me a new order, since I never received my original one.
