Mijn Klacht:

hey
my parcel was supposed to arrived 29/10
and yesterday you said will be arrived today from 12

but I checked again my package then it said DELIVERY INTERRUPTED, THE PARCEL IS DELAYED FOR ONE OR TWO DAYS

why?
also this package is Netherlands to Netherlands
why so taking for long time????

other package which someone sent me package the same day via DHL was already arrived!

really I am upset the package is really important
and I calculated which day I could get before I purchase

please explain why

unfortunately there seems to be an issue with this shipment which prevents it from getting delivered. I am not able to solve this for you. If the parcel still gets not delivered tomorrow, I advise you to contact your shipper and inform them that you still have not received the parcel. Your shipper can contact us for an investigation to the shipment.
