Mijn Klacht:

Your driver is stealing my items!!!! For a SECOND TIME in a week your tracking claims the package is delivered on my address and the delivery guy never came here. It is an expensive item and I already escalated the problem to Amazon, who bear the cost of your “mystery” deliveries by sending them again and again and bearing the shipping costs.

Find my items and figure out why this keeps happening

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your message. According to our information the shipment was indeed delivered to the given address. If you did not receive the parcel, you must notify the shipper. The shipper will then open in inquiry with DHL to find out where the shipment was delivered. In any case, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

Amazon already started investigation. So far they received the info that both shipments have \"faulty tracking number\". No info yet where the product are. Apparently you guys need 5 days to investigate. Friendly tip: nowadays we have phones and GPS, technologies which might help you locate your divers and the parcels you are responsible for in just MINUTES.
