I checked the status of the parcel with the trackingnumber you sent. The International Mail Centre is where parcels from abroad are being processed. From there they will be distributed to our distribution centres. You don’t have to collect a parcel at the International Mail Centre. Your parcel has been delayed. Due to to measures against the coronavirus and more online orders than usual it’s quite busy. This has caused delays in processing and delivery of the parcels. I’ll have to advise you to have some patience and wait until the parcel will be delivered.
