Mijn Klacht:

I have a package that its stuck for 3 weeks now at DEN HAAG I POSTNL IMEC. There is no update, no request for paying the taxes so they can deliver the package. It can stay for max of 30 days, so why there’s no one making the delivery before that?

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like to have the package released from the sort centrum, so they can send me a request to pay the custom taxes and then for it to be delivered.
