Mijn Klacht:

Hi this is M.Puska, I have real problem and I’m put by T-mobile under big pressure. For half year or something like that I was going to shop and I had call about my faktures, every time i went there or I had call, they told me all is prima the4re is nothing to be open, I ev en had in the shop argue that is not possible but no open anything and so I could not pay. One day I get big and I mean big bill, I had call T-mobile and they say sorry we had mintage in the system , normally we don’t do it but because it was T-mobiles fault that I can pay monthly fee. Now is the problem, I have to pay my phone + what I own them. I’m makeup artist and hairstylist I don’t earn that much that I can put 300-400 euros just in the wind. I didnt have money on time and of course they block my phone for all weekend so I lost clients. Today I had call and they told me that if I don’t pay 300euros they will not unblock me, now you tell me how I can make money to pay if they block me if I need phone for my clients? I said I have only 200euros and that I can pay 100euros on the end of the month. We had a deal that we come always in some deal and that they will try to help me. Now what should I do, this is so unfair! is them fault and now I have to pay for them mistake and they even arrogant to me… How should I pay when my phone is block and I cant make money??? Please anybody help me

Gewenste Oplossing:

what I would like to see is justice ... and more understanding when they know is them fault!
