Klacht: Parcel stuck in one point

Mijn Klacht:


Package was sent from abroad in 22 November and arrived to Netherlands on 2 December ( The Hague ) . Since then the status did not change at all. So I am asking where is package and who has It then ? Am trying to prevent that package will return to sender without any notification.

Gewenste Oplossing:

As is deliver cos it was gift for Santa claus

1 jaar geleden - Its been a week since my parcel is in den haag and still don't know when will be delivered and by who. Where I can find out or who to call it to get more details about my parcel???
