Dear ms. Jankowska,

You have a question about your parcel. I would like to explain. When you track the parcel with the foreign code you sometimes see this information but is only means that the parcel has arrived in the Netherlands. Once it arrives here the parcel gets a Dutch tracking code. The Dutch tracking code of your parcel is 3SRIMV6029941 and you can find status information here;

Your parcel is at a postoffice in Amsterdam you can see the location if you track the parcel. They tried to deliver the parcel at you address on the 2nd of February. Since you did not receive a notice about this I have filed a complaint to improve this. If you bring the Dutch tracking code I gave you and your passport or ID you can pick up the parcel.
