Mijn Klacht:

Trough track&trace I saw that my package will be delivered between 14:25- 16:25 i paid for extra Sunday delivery so i was waiting whole day for it. 17:00 at web page i can see that i was not home to pick up delivery.That’s a lie. Mailman didn’t even try to ring the bell. Only thing which i found was a letter with information that he was at my place 15:30. That’s the biggest laziness i have ever seen. And the funniest part is that on postnl has been said that courier was at my place 16:54 and on the paper staid that he was at my place 15:30, very unprofessional.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I will be very satisfied if he will bring package today so it is 02/10

Dear mister Salata,

Thanks for your message. I’m sorry to hear that the driver did not ring your doorbell last Sunday, while you were waiting for your parcel. I can image that this has been very unpleasant for you.

According to the tracking information you have been able to pick up you parcel at the pick up location by now. I’ve registered your complaint about not ringing the doorbell, so this will be dealt with. The supervisor will discuss this with the driver to prevent this from happening again. This conversation will take place at the distribution centre, we will not be contacting you about this. My apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
