Klacht: Package not delivered since may 13th 2017

Mijn Klacht:

I buy from markplaats. The package + postal + insurance using my money, transferred to sender. Until may 19th 2017, the tracking page only said “sorteren”. Without any other information.

When I ask, they give me email explaining that they have problem, and cannot deliver my package without having the sender filed open inquiry to dhl.

After I ask the sender help me to contact dhl, dhl said that it woult take another few days or week to get my package delivered. I just don’t have time to wait. It’s been 7 days already without news, my deadline is ending.

Gewenste Oplossing:

The package arrived on Monday 22nd 2017!
I need it to write my final research proposal. Should it not came by then, I insist dhl take the package for themselves and pay me for my loses!

Thank you for contacting DHL. Unfortunately there is a problem with your shipment. As we already informed you in your email we would like to start an inquiry for this. To start the inquiry we need some extra information and the promission of the sender. Please contact the sender. As soon as they contacted us, we can start the inquiry for you.

1 jaar geleden - The sender messaged me: DHL sent the package back to the sender's address!! Considering my deadline, me and the sender cancel buying the sender laptop; and the sender wired back my money minus dhl postal fee and insurance. So: >> the sender practically lost her time (going here and there to dhl zwolle), and money (6.5 euro + insurance fee). And she failed to sell her laptop >> I get my money, minus 6.5 taken by DHL. And I don't have any laptop for my deadline in next wednesday 24th may. >> DHL profit themselves: 6.5 euro + bunch other euros for insurance fee (for package they didn't even try to send). Way to go! Congratulation for profiting yourself without doing anything dhl! DHL must pay at least something. So I'll stick this thread and message for everybody to see, until DHL can come up for compensation for me and sender!

Yes, but the sender already come and contact you at one of your dhl office at Zwolle.

*You even replying to my email and this complain message without any effort to mention about how and where should the sender contact you? What address? What email?*
