Geboden Oplossing:

Dear Sir/Madam Laad,

I understand that you would like to receive your parcel as soon as possible as the content of this parcel is important for the health of your daughter. My apologies for the inconvenience.

Your parcel has arrived in the Netherland, but we still haven't processed the parcel since the 15th of September. Normally it takes a few days for the parcel to be processed, which indicates that something went wrong.

I advise you to contact the sender about this. Not because I don't want to help you, but because I can't. As long as we haven't processed the parcel, I can't help you. According to international regulations the sender can start an inquiry when a parcel is missing or takes too long to be delivered. Therefor it's best to contact the sender.
